As the Director of Information Technology at BTP, Joe brings 25 years of experience and expert-level understanding of troubleshooting practices to the role. Known for his exceptional problem-solving skills, Joe has a keen ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless internet and network functionality for our diverse clientele. Believing that service is the primary product, Joe's philosophy drives the company's goal of providing white glove service, delivering superior solutions and fostering client trust. A stickler for security, Joe ensures that every solution meets the highest standards of protection, safeguarding clients' data and systems against potential threats. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in maintaining the firm's reputation for reliability and innovation in the rapidly evolving IT landscape.
Sr. Service Coordinator
As Senior Service Coordinator, Kyle leverages over 20 years of experience to ensure exceptional customer and end-user support. A decorated military veteran of the 101st Airborne Division, Kyle’s foundation of precision and service was forged in high-stakes environments, including two combat tours in Iraq and providing IT support for the NATO North Atlantic Naval Fleet in London, UK. Since his military retirement, Kyle’s technical depth has grown through roles at the Transportation Security Agency, Lockheed Martin, PennyMac, and the cutting-edge AI automation company, Aiden Technologies. His core competencies include expert Desktop Support, meticulous Asset Management, and the delivery of unparalleled "white glove" customer service.
